Here are some snappy snaps of my beautiful breads, made during my recent trip to the E5 Bakehouse. Top are bagels, left is ciabatta and right is rye – all of which were delicious! The rye is proved upside-down, which gives the rosette style appearance.
I love how diverse and adaptable sourdough baking can be and am looking forward to incorporating it in my baking it more and more over the coming months 🙂
