My bakes from the E5 course

Top are bagels, left is ciabatta and right is rye – all of which were delicious! The rye is proved upside-down, which gives the rosette style appearance.

I love how diverse and adaptable sourdough baking can be and am looking forward to incorporating it in my baking it more and more over the coming months 🙂
