Here’s a few more bakery-building snap shots. We’re actually getting incredibly close to being able to open both the bakery and the coffee shop now, and are just waiting for a few fiddly bits to get sorted out, like connecting up the electrics and installing countertops.
I’m really pleased with how the space is turning out, and can’t wait to open so that everyone can admire all the hard work that’s gone into making it so special. I hope everyone loves the minimalist Scandinavian log cabin vibe that I’ve gone for as much as I do. Only a few more days and I intend to be cooking up a storm.
