Oh my gosh – I’ve been neglecting this blog so badly of late. Forgive me. Put it down to a combo of our wedding business hitting peak season and a heatwave making being in close vicinity of a hot oven an unpleasant prospect.
Other than mountains of photo editing, what I have been doing lately is making lots of yummy sourdough (surdeg) pizzas. Normally I stick to a plain old buffalo mozzarella topping, with a little torn fresh basil and a sprinkle of sea salt, but after trying the heavenly summer delights of courgette and garlic at Homeslice recently I’m planning to expand my horizons.
