A little while ago I purchased the cookbook A Modern Way to Eat by Anna Jones, so much of my time has been devoted to pawing over all of her fantastic and nutritious recipes. I love that she takes a healthy standpoint on recipes you wouldn’t normally expect to be good for you. I made her green, herby quinoa for our dinner last week and it was super delicious, and made enough for leftovers for a tasty lunch the following day.
I’ve also got plans afoot to start making more soft caramels, so Tristan kindly knocked up these labels for me to save me from using the wobbly handwritten versions that I was using at Christmas 🙂
My sourdough culture is also very, very happy as I’m baking so much pizza at the moment in anticipation of *fingers crossed* running a pizza pop up in my local area soon! I’ll be sharing more about that as soon as it’s confirmed.
