Baking rye and spelt sourdough with pumpkin, sunflower, flax and sesame seeds

Today I have been baking rye and spelt sourdough with pumpkin, sunflower, flax and sesame seeds.

The rye sourdough starter is a lot more active than I had first imagined, so I’ll keep you posted on how the loaves turn out and how they eventually taste. Because it’s mostly rye, I’ll wait until tomorrow to cut into it, so that the flavours get a chance to mature.
