Today we visited Rosendals Kafe on the island of Djurgården, which is part of the main archipelago that makes up Stockholm.
The Kafe is attached to a small garden centre, so is housed in large greenhouses with canteen style benches and small birds flitting about overhead. It was really full even close to closing time so it’s obviously very popular with the locals! We had a chocolate cardamon twist and a hallongrottor raspberry shortbread – both were amazing and you could tell that everything was made by someone with mean baking skills. Once we get back home, we’ll definitely be introducing some more Scandinavian pastries to our menu!
