Let me just pause for a minute and say that it’s been an effing busy last couple of months launching my micro mountain bakery. There is still a long way to go, loads of things to do, and new products to introduce, but I’m keeping in mind that slow and steady wins the race.
Also I am very much looking forward to going on holiday for two glorious weeks in September, back to Sweden init, for my 30th birthday (insert shocked emoji face here). Hoping to do a little bit of work in some Swedish bakeries out there and skill up while chilling out and celebrating. Can’t wait!
