After months of planning and a boatload of elbow grease I’m super happy to announce that my micro bakery is finally open. I can’t quite believe it!
We had a busy day yesterday with many lovely friends popping in to have a bun and a coffee, and it was truly heartwarming to see the space so full after it being a building site for so many months. The coffee shop counter received many adoring comments, so I wanted to give a special shout out to Stuart (AKA 95A Design) for making it so beautiful.
Everything was a bit hectic, so I sadly didn’t get a picture of the bountiful shelves, and came away with only a couple of snaps from later in the day when almost everything, apart from the freshly stocked savoury buns, had already long been eaten.
