Time for another tiny bakery update showing a little bit more progress. It’s coming along slowly, slowly and we’re hoping to open our doors this month (May 2016), but there are still a lot of jobs to be done in order for us to be ready.
I am, however, loving my beautiful tiles. They are floor to ceiling on two walls, behind food prep areas. The rest of the walls are being clad in wood for a nice log cabin vibe.
Can’t wait for the work to all be finished now, so I can get cooking and back to what I’m good at.
