The Handmade Loaf

Got myself a little present! I’ve always been a fan of Dan Lepard, as he writes primarily for The Guardian Weekend food, and in the past I’ve cut out and kept some of his super recipes.

I’m really excited to try out some new ideas from his book ‘The Handmade Loaf: Contemporary European Recipes From The Home Baker’ and will post pictures of the results in due corse!
