Me and Tristan love pizza. We love it so much that we’re now ‘locals’ at our favourite pizza place – Tristan usually orders one with spicy sausage pieces and incredible (I can’t stress that enough) homemade garlic mayo, while I always go for one with char grilled aubergine and rocket. Honesty, I’m salivating just thinking about how delicious it is.
This time we decided to make pizza at home, using my baking stone, which is used to give spring and crunch to all different kinds of breads and buns. The best thing is that it can be used on a BBQ bringing together my love of baking with Tristan’s in-built primal grill desires. Pizza + BBQ = awesomeness!
