Despite a relatively calm exterior and radio silence lately, there has been lots of beavering away behind the scenes and I’m pleased to say that there are plenty more exciting developments in the works for mountain bakery! We’ve got a big event in the pipeline for the summer and I’ve been working on hammering out a rough ‘menu’ so that our lovely customers know what’s up for grabs. Here is a mix of what we’ll be cooking up for our next few markets:

Lovely cupcakes:
-Red velvet with vanilla
-Lemon and raspberry
-Banana and chocolate
-Toasted coconut and lime
-Chocolate and peanut butter
-Spiced carrot cake with cream cheese

Chunky, buttery shortbread:
-Lime and toasted coconut
-Double chocolate
-Chocolate chunk and espresso
-Lemon and strawberry
-Pecan and butterscotch
